Global Affiliates Network
Inspired by the guest appearance of Gautam "Gau" Sura in 2012, the Gypsies have forged an alliance of clubs around the World, known as the Global Affiliates Network. The network allows members to play a cricket match or two whilst on their travels, with many baggy blackers now harbouring the goal to wave the willow or swing the red in every test playing nation. If you are soon to head overseas, see the list of network clubs below. Just mention the Gypsies when contacting these clubs to tee up some game time.

Knights C.C., Des Moines, USA - http://www.knightscricket.org/
|
The Knights are all about the passion for the sport of cricket. We consider ourselves as the ambassadors of the sport in Iowa. Our club also is actively involved in the local community by way of charity games and volunteer work. Our motto is " Let Your Light Shine." We welcome everyone who has an interest in the sport. We are blind to gender, color, political affiliations or religious ones. All we care about and nurture is the love for cricket. We are very proud of our traditions and we play the game as it should be played: hard, with dignity, pride, and sportsmanship. We never compromise on that.

Nebraska C.C., Omaha, USA - http://www.nebraskacc.com/
|
NCC was established in Omaha to provide an avenue for cricket lovers in Nebraska to follow their dreams of playing organized cricket in a no-frills, passionate manner while adhering to (seemingly) old-fashioned ideals of sportsmanship, fair play, and all the virtues of a good fight till the last ball is bowled. Road trips are eagerly looked forward to as much for the friendships they strengthen and the stories that are shared, as for the matches that are played. Home games are a reason to have a game of cricket break out while good food is being served. The team is a mix of glazed-eyed veterans who remember the good old days and youngsters who provide the right amount of vigor and enthusiasm. The action may be intense on the field but a moment of mirth is too never far away for us. After all, this is what brings us back to the field every weekend.

Baggy Blacks On Tour
Members of the Gypsies are passionate about their club and are always looking for an opportunity to wear their colours with pride. Deprived of cricketing action in the off-season, many players carry their baggy black as they spread the Gypsies gospel in farflung lands. If you have a photo to add to the collection, e-mail info@gypsiescricket.com.
