The background
The Gypsies Cricket Club anthem, commonly referred to as Ode To Gypsy, was written ahead of the 2009-10 season by, then club president, James “Magic” Waller. The words are sung to the tune of popular American Civil War song, "When Johnny Comes Marching Home". The popular, yet commonly queried, thrice repeated line "As we all chant 'who are ya', 'where's your caravan'." is derived from the taunts of working class darts fans at long-haired sex icon Robbie Savage. Renditions of the ballad are, as a rule, reserved for victory celebrations. You can find videos of the Gypsies belting out this most glorious refrain below.

The lyrics
Lightning strikes, the stumps go crack,
Hoorah! Hoorah!
Passion burns a heated black,
Hoorah! Hoorah!
Fire scorched the rival bat,
Blood and sweat, the baggy cap,
As we all chant 'who are ya', 'where's your caravan'.
Freely scoring from the blade,
Hoorah! Hoorah!
At the crease we've always stayed,
Hoorah! Hoorah!
To the sword opponents laid,
Can't resist the Gypsy raid,
As we all chant 'who are ya', 'where's your caravan'.
Wattle roasting in the sun,
Hoorah! Hoorah!
Fielding catches set to stun,
Hoorah! Hoorah!
Challenges amount to none,
Iron forged since o-seven,
As we all chant 'who are ya', 'where's your caravan'.
[slowing] As we all chant 'who are ya', 'where's your caravan'...
[cheering]
